I have attached an old video (about 9 years old) of one of the original Hayabusa's before they detuned them a bit to slow them down. I remember seeing in the news one time, the police were trying to catch a guy on a Hayabusa, he got out onto an interestate and just drove away from the police helicopter that was following him... just disappeared into the distance. You could hear the helicopter pilots exclaiming in disbelief as this motorcycle just accelerated away from their helicopter that was going approx. 190mph. Many of you may have already seen this video. But even though I have seen it before, every time I see it again I am still amazed at the power of this bike.
