Durka-Durka~SPARTA~ Posted March 22, 2013 Share Posted March 22, 2013 I don't have much of a problem with origin, but now that I bought this game, I can say that EA, or whoever is running Maxis, has created a beautiful game.... ...and has killed the franchise in the process. The cities are a fraction of the size they used to be, which makes for barely any room to have fun placing stuff. They have said the reason is because our processors won't run the game with cities the normal size, but we all know that they are lying and will release DLC in a couple months with the large sizes for a high price, no doubt. (See Sims3) . People may be playing this in a couple months, but I highly doubt it's one of those games that lasts in the public consciousness. From buildings not rendering, to random glitches where labels don't show up, to gifting, to what I'm enduring right now, which is everything is in turtle speed, no matter what setting you put it on.
