Article X is kind of flawed, I'm happy that you would like to be an English speaking country. It at least shows that we (The English) have had some kind of lasting affect on our cousins but there's till some work required:

In all honesty the multicultural nature of America mostly precludes a single language from being the dominate language of our nation. We are predominantly an English speaking nation with the majority of our documentation and history being written in English. One of the major issues we currently have is the change we make to our underlying culture to appease others and that is the premise of that document. We as a culture are as diverse as any on the planet yet you ask anyone who is a citizen of this country what they are and in most cases they will say ?I am an American?. With that statement you are placing yourself as a member of our national culture and as such you should conform to what we as a culture believe. Instead of this we have immigrants, not just illegal or Spanish speaking, that come here to our nation and never so much as make a token effort to learn our language or culture. They expect that since we have freedom they can do what they want and the rest of us must conform to them. In almost every other nation on the planet you must speak the nations primary language fluently to become a citizen however here all you need to speak is no speak english.
I read an excerpt from a book last semester dealing with this exact same topic in regards to the path our nation is taking at the moment. When our nation was founded much of our government and culture was based on what we imported from Britain and the rest of the nation?s people came from. It was a European ideal with a set moral and ethical basis usually around religious principles. Let me be clear I am an atheist and believe that organized religion is hypocritical at best and used to oppress and control people. That being said we were founded on the principles set forth in the religions of the day and I think that any person alive of any religion can agree that good and bad are pretty much universal. If you murder a child it is bad and if you give money to those in need it is good. These are truths across all religions and beliefs which were the foundation of our nation. Our government was formed and our culture molded to ensure these basic tenets were followed, accounting for human nature as best they could. When you take away those ideals piece by piece and turn your nation from a path of individual freedom to accomplish whatever you can dream and give handouts to people so they can sit around and breed like rabbits you have failed to live up to those ideals.
The primary problem with Americans today is that a lot of them expect something for nothing. If I sit here and pop out a kid every so often the government will give me money, a house, feed and clothe my kid, give me free health care, and all I have to do is spread my legs every few years and populate the world with another socially dependent child. It amazes me that you need a government license to drive a car but you need nothing to produce a child. Those of us who work our asses off all our lives to scrape out a living are tired of supporting those who are a waste of good oxygen. That is what the post is about.

If you are unfamilar with YogsCast, it is 2 guys who play Minecraft and Mods that are part of minecraft and stream it onto youtube. My personal favorite is their survival episode. YogsCast gets about 800,000 views a month from their videos.
YogsCast has tweeted today "You will hear it in full graphic detail when we're back in the UK
" obviously in a sarcastic response. To this date, Minecraft has spent $0.00 on marketing and many people believe Yogscast played a big part in free advertisement for Minecraft. Also many people are outraged by notches ban on yogscast from coming to anymore minecraft events. In YogsCast interview with notch prior to the drama, he made some pretty dirty jokes.
So what is everyone's opinion on the subject?
There are events for minecraft? Do people dress up as their favorite 8mb pixilated block of mineral?

I have no problem admitting when I was wrong. I just forgot where I was posting. On another certain website, this is the new fun thing. Correcting the common missuse of words like their/there, your/you're, etc. Because this got so out of hand and obnoxious, we started correcting the correct use with the wrong use just to be retarded. It works, but outside of that website it makes us look retarded, which is the case here and now. I'm really not retarded though.

Going back to the original question, why do some hate at least one? Because Arma/BF3/COD are vastly different games. Arma sucks in the close-up fast paced action. It's more of a thinking man's game and maneuver-based. COD/BF3 are pretty much the same game IMO. Playing that one COD game that Custard referenced really was one of the best years, so was last year with Arma2. Hopefully BF3 will continue the fun, although I got to say every time I play the game I come away feeling a little dumber and dumber, lol. I doubt there will be a "perfect" game for years (if ever again) so we might as well play and have fun as a group!
Lets break it down yo.
ARMA 2:
PRO: Adaptability in modifications and user created content. Massive gaming world with sandbox mission completion ability. Vehicle and infantry tactics taken from the real world with hardcore and insane close combat, where failure in teamwork is severely punished.
CON: AI on the 6th grade level that has inhumane accuracy and ESP without third party modification. Bugs galore that, at times, cripple game play to the extent of rage. Net code issues that cause massive lag along with memory leaks that truly damage the multiplayer game play abilities. PVP is intresting but full of hacks that can truly detract from the experience along with massive amounts of cover that can result in frustration and rage quitting.
BF3:
PRO: Fosters teamwork through reward system that benefits the individual when playing as a team through use of the kits for health and ammo along with other benefits. Fairly balanced game play between vehicles and infantry tactics that allow well coordinated teams to make the most of their play experience. Sufficient amount of unlocks and awards for playing the game that give it a purpose beyond just completing the objective. Insane match pace when above 30 players that in many ways gives the impact of real combat with a few exceptions. Fairly low amount of hackers and stat padding on the servers and relatively few instances of spawn camping with a few exceptions.
CON: Same game play as you have seen in every other BF title with the exception of 2142 with the same match modes minus titan mode of 2142. Overpowered vehicles at the moment which can create all sorts of rage along with imbalanced weapons where the IR scoped weapons give a massive advantage to the users in many cases (speaking as a user). Children I think this one speaks for itself, these little bastards ruin everything. People tend to fight over vehicles more often than not leaving a few people on the ground to get raped endlessly. Community issues of lack of teamwork and a need to get more kills rather than complete objectives, this is not a game flaw only a community one.
COD MW3:
PRO: Fast paced shooter with tons of special abilities, guns, and ways to pwn noobs. Usually outstanding single player campaign which great story and compelling action. Since the game is not out yet the Pro section on this one will need to be adjusted once the game comes out.
CON: I think this one is pretty well known on the cons for this franchise.

It took me 12 years to get here bud be patient, and spending some time under the bosses desk "picking up your pencil" helps a lot too.
Just laid out a dozen reports on performance reviews for some sub-par teams, and then took afternoon off.... kind of like dropping a bomb in a full elevator and then rushing out while the doors close.
I don't even get to do that I don't directly supervise people anymore I merely serve as a inter-departmental babysitter.

I get to sit here for 8 hours and do financial data analysis, issue budgets, gather actual budget spent, fix interdepartmental pissing contests, and beat engineers with a stick. For some reason since I am sick everyone is leaving me alone so I have nothing to do. I spent 45 minutes this morning working and now its all done so I get to sit here for anouther 2 hours and surf the web.

If only this was 8 months ago, I could have gotten you 3 or 4 MOM's with a 10 man carrier/dread fleet on hot stand by with maybe 15 or 20 RR BS fleet in support. Sadly CCP is gay and everyone quit. Sorry bro.
