There is a way to transfer items between your local inventory and your backpack without removing it. You should first pull up the inventory screen (g key) and then mouse click the backpack itself. Your option on the bar below should now allow you to "open backpack". When you select this option your left hand screen inventory changes to show both your backpack and your local inventory items (slight difference if you are first looking at items on the ground when you activate the backpack). You can now move items between your backpack and your inventory. Pay attention to the upper bar that shows your available inventory slots. If it shows, for example 3/20, then you have 3 open slots out of 20 available. I hope this helps.

I don't know if the video Karl frapped has been posted yet, but it should show what I experienced the other day. I was playing fine for about 40 minutes or so (had racked up about 86 kills) then after changing weapons I test fired the new weapon and saw the lingering barrel smoke that I had remembered Roach descibing. I shot at a tree and it didn't hit it. Finally Karl stood about 20 feet in front of me and I empied several clips at him with my crosshair never leaving his chest; never hit him! I moved within a couple of feet of him and had the same result. Scorpion and Karl mentioned seeing the rounds landing at my feet even when I shot straight overhead. I changed weapons a couple of times ending with the same result. The Metis didn't have this issue; just the rifles I used. Both Karl and myself spent a while looking for any Google posts about this issue but didn't find andything. Anyway, I hope this helps.

I've enjoyed playing with many of you on ARMAII for the past several months. I've been a FPS fanatic for many years and if I remember correctly, started with the old "original" Delta Force or Ghost Recon. Since then, it has been Delta Force series, Counter-Strike (1 and Source), Battlefield (all of them), Americas Army, Rainbow Six and Team Fortress 2. I also enjoy flight sims, sub games, and most sci-fi games. About me: I'm 43, married and have a 4 year old daughter. I'm usually blazing bullets in from a M107 from 1000 meters out for fun and providing intel or going building to building when I'm feeling more ambitious! One thing I've really enjoyed with members on this server is having others watch your back on the battlefield. That's something that I thought was dead from MP games anymore.
