So I need to burn some DVD's and was wondering what software you guys recommend? I'll be doing regular movies as well as putting multiple TV episodes on one disc, so I'm assuming I'll need software that also makes menus. Oh, and I don't have a mac, so don't even go there. =) - JHunter

Think of it this way, Durka. Using WiFi you have to be within a certain range of your wireless router or a WiFi hotspot. While these are pretty common these days, you still can't get reception every where. Using 3G, the pad can connect to the same network your phone does to access the internet. So any place you get cell phone reception, the pad will be able to jump on the internet. - JHunter

Can you expand on what happened? Every power supply I've seen, the different power rails are different sizes. Could it be your power supply is bad? You may have hooked it up right and the power supply is just bad and fried the board. - JHunter

Like Halli said, it really is very simple. All the pieces only fit where they're supposed to go. A lot of boards even have all their connectors labeled as to what is supposed to go there. The easiest thing to forget are the motherboard pegs that attach the board to the case. But if you got the same board as your old one, that won't be an issue since they'll already be in the proper place for you. - JHunter P.S. - I see you reading this, Kal. =)

Asher and I also noticed last night that the Map wasn't properly clearing some of the markers. For example, there were several blue flags with "whoever is down" all over the map, even after that person had either been revived, respawned, or even disconnected. Then for a complete opposite, some ammo boxes were not showing on the map at all. I mostly noticed this happening when a Team Leader would call a drop. - JHunter

Partly because of not watching our lane, but there were other factors that played into it, as well. I believe it was Sphinx I team killed when bravo began to out pace alpha, but were leaving OPFOR behind them. So we in alpha squad were getting tore up by enemy that was behind bravo's line, but then we couldn't always distinguish exactly where bravo elements were to not shoot them. Which brings me to communication. Tonight was really only my second time getting to play Tac Dom with yall, so by all means correct me if I'm wrong in anything I say. Or if this issue has been brought up before and our current system is simply just the best we can do with what we have, then I can understand that. But communications at the upper echelons, I believe, needs some work. Not so much in the sense of relaying information, I thought that was good, but more in regards to the "scope", if you will. I don't see any reason that the MC needs to be broadcasting to the entire squad channel. By doing so, in many ways, it makes the squad leaders less important. Troops will hear what the MC has to say and begin to execute immediately, before the squad leader even has a chance to survey the situation and gain tactical awareness of the task at hand. Admittedly, having the MC set his whisper binds strictly to the squad leader would be more work for him, but I think it would help. Not to mention that some people don't realize the MC is whispering to the channel and trying to reply to him, just adding unnecessary chatter to the net. Again, if this is an old issue, I apologize. Just stating what I observed. Any and all feedback welcomed. Gripes aside, I felt it was a pretty good night. All three gentlemen that stepped up for MC, my hat is off to you. Well executed plans with a good flow of information. Props also goes to Cent for running Alpha squad for most of the night. Lastly, to my squad mates that later became my soldiers after Cent departed (their misfortune), it was good running with you. Looking forward to next time. - JHunter

I've seen it different ways, so I'm pretty sure it depends on the sorting algorithm you're using. But generally speaking, I've always seen it either as the back tick "`" or an exclamation point. - JHunter

I thought I had seen this discussion elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it now that it pertains to me. Anyway, I currently have the retail version of Arma 2. Now that I'm looking to get OA, should I buy that also through retail or is getting the Steam version alright? - JHunter

I was primarily looking at upgrading because I wanted to give eyefinity a try with games across multiple screens. If you do the same thing with multiple cards, I'm not sure how to do it. Plus, would two cards require more power from the PSU that a single, more powerful card would? - JHunter
