  1. Ditto. Holy crap. Haven't laughed like that in awhile. Thanks, Kille. - JHunter
  2. I would have to echo that sentiment. When you're talking about the safety of yourself and your family, cheap isn't the way to go. Especially when talking firearms, you most often do get what you pay for. As far as recommendations go, it really depends on your situation. A lot of people want to jump straight to the high caliber weapons for the "stopping power". However, how often do you really hear about someone getting shot by a smaller caliber and still sticking around? Personally, just being in this market recently myself, I went with the 9MM. I wanted something that was small enough for my wife to easily use. Plus ammo is cheap. I went with the FNX from FNH USA. It was more expensive than the standard 9MM, but it had everything I wanted. Felt comfortable for both my wife and I and had plenty of safety features. After all was said and done, I paid about $500 for mine. But at the end of the day, its all about what you can afford and what you're expecting from the weapon. - JHunter
  3. Halo is actually right about this one, guys. (lol) Took these screenshots myself. - JHunter
  4. Happy birthday, bud! Just in case you need more than one a day... - JHunter
  5. Ditto what Kal said. Downloading it now. I believe JackSeven has already been playing, I'm pretty sure I heard him talking about it last night. - JHunter
  6. I had been doing a trail run on MH6's account. Decided to go ahead and pick it up. Stopped in the server for a few minutes to check it out. Yall have too much damn free time. - JHunter
  7. Hey, its got free shipping. Can't beat that. - JHunter
  8. And that is actually saying quite a lot. haha. - JHunter
  9. That would probably be it. Is there not a trial version of the "real" game? - JHunter
  10. Sooo... got pretty bored today and decided to see what the big fuss was about with this game. I read through a bunch of posts in this forum, skimmed through some of the wiki stuff, but I still have no idea whats going on. I was able to run around and destroy some blocks and put my own down, but thats about all I got. I saw no monsters, couldn't figure out how to craft anything, none of that good stuff. What am I doing wrong here? - JHunter
  11. Agreed. Was one of my favorites as well. I was highly disappointed when they dropped it. It was about to get really interesting. - JHunter
  12. I don't know if I speak for anyone else in saying this, but all you had to say was that Natalie Portman wears a g-string. Thats all I need to know. haha. - JHunter
  13. Gonna go with full size. Theres no concealed carry in Maryland, anyway, so no real benefit to going with a shorter barrel. - JHunter
  14. Goin for the Springfield XDM. Either 9MM or .40, haven't entirely decided yet. It'll be the wife's first gun, so not going for the .45. - JHunter
  15. So, I tried it out... I'm so bad its not fun. Haha. I made it to the Jupiter mission without killing a single enemy. Cannot get passed the Jupiter mission though. No idea what is going on. - JHunter
  16. Hey guys, came across this video. He really makes some good points and makes you think about your choices in life. Check it out. [YT]jIwrV5e6fMY[/YT] - JHunter
  17. Oh I absolutely agree with you, Batwing. Money is definitely their number one motivation and the numbering schemes plus the pure volume of cards that get released are not at all intuitive. - JHunter
  18. If you check that first article that he linked to, it makes more sense of the model names and what their purpose was for releasing these two cards. - JHunter
  19. I've recently started using iPage for a project at work... very cheap and seems to be pretty good thus far. Just depends on what your website is for. Not 100% sure, but I don't believe commercial (for-profit businesses) are allowed on iPage. You'd have to look into that, though, if it applies to you. Hosting info: $3.50 per month ($42 a year) 1 free domain with new account Unlimited disk space Unlimited bandwidth Unlimited domains Unlimited MySQL databases Unlimited Emails Bunch of other stuff But like I said, I've only been working with them for 3-4 weeks now. Haven't had any issues yet. - JHunter
  20. Seems only one part of this thing is true, according to Snopes. That part being the bit about giving the upper portion of a loaf of bread to your guest. The rest of it... just false. Snopes article: Here - JHunter
  21. While I do agree with the article in that completely banning them from playing the game even in SP is a bit much. I also believe that a person who bought a game should be able to play it how he wishes to. I agree that simply disabling their ability to participate in multiplayer matches is more appropriate. However, it does very clearly state in their EULA that cheating will not be tolerated. Since the user has to "Accept" the EULA before installing, they really have no foot to stand on. Granted, most people don't even read the EULA before hitting "Accept", but even in the article the banned user states that Blizzard had made it very public what their intentions were for anyone found cheating. Yet, they still chose to do so. So from an unbiased stand point, I'm with Blizzard on this one. From my own personal stand point, I'd say just disable the MP. - JHunter
  22. Sooo... since I live in MD, I just need to mail in the index card with my info to get a free glass? Or am I reading that wrong? - JHunter
