At first I thought I was working this weekend, but much to my delight, I was incorrect. So I would love to join in on this. That being said, the wife may very well impose some real life responsibilities on me. Hope to make it, though. haha. =) - JHunter

I'm running Android 2.2.1 on the HTC Thunderbolt. Everything on the site worked as expected for me. Could read the bios as well as stream the Podcast. Perhaps an issue with version 2.3? - JHunter

I know we had a thread going for iPhone and iPad apps, but I just got the HTC Thunderbolt running Android 2.2. So I was curious to see who else has an Android phone and what apps you have found most useful. Or even what apps to stay away from. - JHunter

Dai, I know you hinted at this, but I just want to reiterate something real quick. Some people don't read the implied statements very well. Using medic, for an example. Just because you play as a medic role in Domination so you can heal yourself and occasionally revive a teammate is not what Dai is getting at here. To be a medic "specialist", you need to fully play your role of patching up your teammates and quickly getting to downed players, in the most self-less ways possible. Not just when it is convenient for you or you're not "busy" with something else. Most importantly, though, is the practicing bit. Especially when it comes to TacDom, or similar missions, that is not the time to "figure it out". Again using medic as an example, you should definitely already know everything there is to know about epinephrine, bandages, etc and so on. Just my two cents on the issue. Personally, I love me some logistics. I couldn't care less if I didn't fire a single round as long as the personnel or assets I'm delivering brought the pain. Good enough for me. - JHunter

One of my stock case fans began to make some odd noises this morning, so I'm in the market to replace it before it craps out on me. Right now the case has the front 140mm fan, the top 120mm fan (which is making the noise), as well as the rear 120mm fan. I suppose I should go ahead and replace them all now if the top one is any indication of the lifespan of the other two. I also have two open 120mm spots on the side panel I may go ahead and fill while I'm at it. Any suggestions on what to go with or what to avoid? - JHunter

I've never enjoyed any of the PvP I've experienced in Arma 2. However, this concept does sound very interesting. That being said, unless I'm mistaken, the only way the guarantee that we (we being everyone from this community) all be on the same team is for us to each individually pay 6 euros to the server. Personally, I'm not up for that. - JHunter

I hope Ascend goes back to the original Starseige: Tribes. Tribes 2, nor 3, did it for me. I still have my original Tribes disc laying around here some where, I'm pretty sure. I also have one of the last copies of the NimMod server in my possession. If anyone else still has their disc and would like to kick it retro one of these days, I think it would be highly entertaining. Thanks for sharing this, Dai. I was in no way trying to take anything away from Air Assault. I may be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that video was of an Airborne operation, though. Truth be told, I have far more respect for Air Assault than I do for Airborne. Especially in today's Army, the Airborne school is practically a joke. Anyone can complete it. Air Assault school, however, is still quite challenging and more is required of you; mentally as well as physically. - JHunter

That'd be "Airborne", not "Air Assault"... if you wanted to be technical. While I was stationed at Fort Bragg I witnessed many of these types of operations. Pretty cool. - JHunter

I absolutely am not certain about that. Haha. I do not specifically remember having to change any binds within Arma, but its been so long ago that I would have done it, I cannot be sure. - JHunter

I use scroll lock for my PTT for my voice programs. Not many programs (much less games) utilize this key and its not one I'm likely to accidentally bump during normal keyboard use. Then I map scroll lock to my mouse four, like you said, and it works like a charm. Just a suggestion. - JHunter
