    Sorry for the intrusion on your conversation but i was wondering if my cpu was any good i have

     

    Amd Phenom 9500 quad-core processor 2.20GHz

     

    ati radeon hd 2400XT

     

    its probably not the best but i was wondering how i could improve performance because my graphics was rated at 3.6

    and gaming graphics 3.9 on my vista performance imformation

     

    i also heard alot about overclocking so if someone could explain please should i do it or not or if i should then how to go about doing it.

    Domination Fixes and Updates

    No one has said Domination is wrong for Sparta, I believe everyone is trying to have a constructive discussion on how to make it better and more fair.

     

    If a town can be taken out by one jet or tank in less than 5 min, by 1-3 people, then that spoils the gameplay for the other 27-28 people on the server. People love the jets, but they're not really good for gameplay, unless they're gimped to only have dumb bombs, that could be a compromise.

     

    It wouldn't make sense to take out choppers. They don't travel that fast and work best for transportation. Teleporting works well because it serves as a "reinforcement" option.

     

    If the world were perfect and Durka was President, I would take out the Cobra, leave the huey, leave the air assets but only give them unguided bombs, and add only manual artillery. I would also add the option of a C-130 because it's only useful for transport and it would be fun to do airborne operations.

     

    Cy had a great idea in having some nights where we do tank battles and it's worth exploring further.

     

    If there is a different game mode that offers this, I'll be up for it. I have an open mind.

     

     

    I really like the idea about the Hercules. I don't know if it it could fly above clouds, but it would be cool to have like 20 guys just run out the back, parachute close to mission. Or could you drive lets say a humv out the back with a parachute rigged to it.

    Glad your enjoying yourself sleepy. The best thing about this game is the cooperative play and the revive. I enjoy the game most when we achieve a high level of coordination of fire and movement. Now that we have more regular players I feel that the play is more coordinated. Also, I have never been in the military but its great to learn from those who have. I even enjoyed moving through a forest with a couple of guys, I dont think I fired a shot, but the sneaking around the enemy was fun.

    PS Ignore Krambo he is in love with GRAW where he can practice the art of running and Gunning :D

     

    i think every game i play im gonna get better i also think i need more practice in the heli. My goal is to be good at all the classes that way upon entering the game i can choose the class the team needs at the moment. At the same time i dont want to kill the team by dropping artillery on them when i dont know what im doing.

     

    p.s. i always wanted to be in the military, not a pilot I wanted to be in demolitions. Unfortunately they will not have me.

    Hello i just wanted to let everyone know how much fun I'm having with ArmA 2. It's amazing and i love games that are realistic. I got my first headshot today, I'm so proud. I learned alot today and even answered a few questions that helped people out witch in turn helped out the team. It made me feel all warm and tingly inside. I'm also getting more comfy on the mic. Oh and i flew a chopper, made it all the way to lz, got shot in the rotor, ejected and didn't get shot down while para- shooting in enemy territory.

    Hello everyone my name is sleepy and im 25. I just got this game and i love it. I killed like three people yesterday, none friendly, and i was so happy. I was on ts and playing domination and everyone was friendly and helpful. It was great. Then there was this other time when noone would communicate with me. I was lost, didnt know how to navigate and was running around for like 3 hours. It felt like 3 hours. Thats not cool. Its hard to do things by myself especially when I dont know what im doing. I wouldn't mind going through some training of some sort just to familiarize myself with teamplay. I cant wait to play with more fellow spartans and have loads of fun, but for now its off to bed.
