it's easier to get the hang of with the command rose (a'la BF2) and it's about the same game as arma 2, just minor differences here and there (I like them both, but I just feel better playing Dragon rising cuz it's not as confusing or annoying to listen to) I love when you're a sniper, and you got a nice quiet spot, your guys voice is like he's whispering so he doesn't get caught. Very nice touch. Again, it's personal preference, since they are both like the exact same game. It is a GREAT GAME! definitely worth the purchase

So far, I like it better than ARMA2. Played some coop like game with AI soldiers accompanying the enemy (forget the game type, think it was a sabotage like game mode) Sound is as good as arma 2 if not better in some areas (like the voice overs and weapon sounds) I was suprised when I was about to get over-ran by like a dozen infantry on my quiet lil base raping position, someone dropped an artillery smoke barrage and it saved my ass as I ran for a different spot. made me smile gloriously! Such an awesome game and much more user friendly with the commands. Just wish that sonic snap was in it, so I know I'm being shot at (there's good hit indication, but Idk why I love that snappy sound so much, makes me duck at the keyboard sometimes) My first impression is pretty good and it works online without a key for some odd reason 0_O (who does that?! THANKS CODEMASTERS! helps us poor bastards out IMMENSELY! and makes more players and servers possible) I score it 9 out of 10 (score not influenced by my 15 kill sniper raping....k maybe it was, but it aint easy to snipe like in some games. you get bullet drop like in RL and body shots can be absorbed like airsoft ammo from a distance)

WTH! I can't even finish the first single player campaign mission cuz the fukn AI is RETARDED! they just stand around and don't do anything after completing the village sweep, OMG was I upset, followed by a CRASH when I lazed his ass for destruction (didn't work tho) Sad start to a decent game. With everything on normal, it runs good on my 8800GTS 640mb and 3ghz dual core w/ 3gb ram and looks good too Wish it didn't fuck up the first time playing, horrible first impression. Maybe I should update the fukr (but not sure if it will still run after update)

I updated all the ACE mods along with the 1.16 beta patch, and all the servers I tried to join just booted me back to the server screen What gives??? Can I not join while a game is in progress? Most of them already had the status PLAYING, not sure if that's why or not.

I just finished the 3 hour long dl and I don't kno the password, and nobody is on TS right now. PM me the PW so I can install tha mods and gets-a-slingin lead.

Direct from bill gates slave minions. it sux cuz I love windows7, way smoother than vista or xp. Looks prettier too loads up in 30 seconds, compared to XP's 90seconds+, from power on til it's fully functional and no waiting to load background crap like in XP. I'm definitely upgrading when it's out. I also heard that DirectX11 will have new capabilities for GPU's. it'll have GEOMETRY Shaders and hardware tesselation(which makes upclose characters even more populated with polygons, for smoother breast cleavage and awesome nipple placement lol) and it'll offload a lot of CPU intensive jobs onto the GPU, for parallel processing (so your quad core + 240core GPU will ROCK YOUR SOX OFF with the equivalent of a 244 core CPU (assuming all apps take advantage of the extra pipeage) can't wait to see what it does for Lara Croft (I might actually play it if the phsyics are done right on a certain ASSET ;) )

Seems pretty sweet. Not a run-n-gun shooter by any means I updated to that 1.16 beta patch and the frame rate like DOUBLED Friggin awesome. Hopefully I'll be useful on the server, I'm pretty much green on this game. I got an email saying that on June 1st Win7 will shut down automatically after 2 hours of use and you'll have to restart what you were doing. which blowzazz :/ I stopped using it anyway, just seeing if I like it better than vista, and I do (I have XP, but my friends have vista and it annoys me tryin to play games on that thing, too many incompatibility issues) Hopefully it's gonna b the godsend we all hope for!
