I'll try to be there.

Happy Birthday Rob.

Perhaps, best to let Dai respond if he wants to. I wasn't playing last night so don't know if this situation occurred, so perhaps I shouldn't have brought it up, but it seems strange to me that if someone opens up on me, if ROE is red, then I shouldn't return fire. Maybe it's just me.
-
That's what I thought Medic, it was the do not fire under any circumstances, take one for the team, that I didn't understand.
-
????? I didn't realise we were running suicide squads. Dai, I cannot imagine circumstances where I was being shot at, for whatever reason, and NOT return fire.

It's rubber suits isn't it?
-
I hope it doesn't involve us wearing rubber suits while playing ArmA2.
-
See you when you get back in game Benny.

Good fun tonight, apologies to Doppel for scratching the paint on the Apache, and Skele for a "unfotunate incident". T

There is a command to turn a units AI off, essentially stopping them doing anything. I cant remember what it is, but OFPEC.COM should be able to help you out.
-
It should do, I've ran the Roadrunner mission with three different versions. Most of the changes are "tweaks", and to sort out bugs which got through the initial development.
-
Just a shot in the dark here, but maybe they like it! and it's stable enough for what they want to add to their mission.
-
I've played Operation Roadrunner, the predecessor of this, and it was really good. I think I already have most of the mods mentioned, so I may give this a crack.

Happy Birthday.

Yep happens to me too.

Announcing: Sparta Tactical Domination Nights: UPDATED

If there was a way to indicate on the map when the mortar was deployed/fired that would mean the mortar team would have to keep moving all the time. Maybe the mortar should only be used <500m from the edge of the AO, that way they do become susceptible to attack. Or give the OpFor Commander some artillery capability. -

I thought things were a bit slow, but that was soley down to me. I wasn't in the right frame of mind tonight, and this led to lots of hanging about. Although Dai did keep busy with the medical stuff. Good work on the contacts we had, although we got tore a new one on occassions, and excellent work by NCO on the mortar. One further apology to JackSeven for the TK. -
Happy new Year.

I think the term is "Intelligence gathering" I've did it myself, just for no other reason than it gets pretty boring in the OpFor room on your own.
-
Agreed Dai, very un-sporting. I would have thought that the best use of the two extra slots was to act as "spotters" for the OpFor Commander, not taking pot shots at BluFor. If they are at the BluFor base they can hardly do their job can they? Abuse it and bye bye.
