1. Brilliant quote Durka. I remember "back in the day", I believe the saying is, when the mods spent more time policing the servers than actually playing the game. It killed it for me for a long time.
2. Trust me there is nothing you can't put in a toasted sandwich maker and it won't taste amazing. My brother and I used to put the leftovers in between bread for lunch the next day.
3. Could someone PM me the password. I was talking to Andrewman today, and I think I've got all the bits. Not saying I'll be along, but if I know it's working then I might make it (or not .....) T
4. Apologies for not making it along last night. Felt like S**t.
5. If there's space I might turn up for this.
6. A hoax/set up inspired by this [YT]<param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390">[/YT]
7. Got it working, and many thanks to ED for jumping and making sure the connection worked. I'll be on later tonight hopefully.
8. If your using the A10 there is no targetting other than MK1 Eyeball, so you can't switch between targets ILS makes things a lot easier for me takes a lot of the guess work out of landing, although a few times I have had to land without a HUD due to damage
9. Ports Open = The port number 10308 on TCP/UDP which is what I found on 'tinternet as being the required ports for FC2. Both on Firewall and Router. @Halli, it's a Direct Download, but thanks anyway The only thing I found strange is when I create the server the ip is always my local one i.e. 192. etc but my external IP is different, should I be using LAN instead of Internet?
10. I tried to host a FC2 server last night but no one could see or join by IP to it, ports were open etc, but no joy. Anyone got any ideas?
11. I need to get some flight time in, just formation stuff, navigation etc with a real person and not an AI wingnutman
12. 1100 GMT is 1200 UK Time (British Summber Time)
13. Well I managed to take off, fly to another airfield and land without ploughing it into a field. We'll call that a good day
14. Cool got it, although I have to change my desktop res to get it to work
15. My £5 keyboard from Asda has it. It looks like a drop down menu with a mouse arrow pointing to it.
