I and others are wondering why LOSC was totally disbanded? I have been out of the loop for a bit with work, did I miss something? Was their a collective agreement to do this? Did I miss out on the debate? Was notification giving to the members of SPARTA before the disbandment? LOSC no mater how dysfunctional it had become still had a collective history with SPARTA, some consideration might have been warranted.

Greetings from the EPA Region 4 Command Center. I left Philadelphia before the Liberty Rad Ex was over to come down to the worst ecological disaster in US history. Doing 15 hr days with all the over time I can handle. Things are looking pretty bad right now. Current rate of flow is 25k per day. It will be at least 1 to 2 weeks before the dome will be in place. As of right now their is a possibility that the well heads might collapse and this will start a 250k per day flow if this happens it is game over. Anyway, It might be a few weeks possible months before I am on line.

I am currently working on the 3d mapping part (modeling a radioactive cloud for an exercise in Philadelphia), not for google or windoz but we use this type of tech in the Hazardous wast biz to look for "avenues of contamination" a lot of what your seeing in the 3d is from "LIDA" data http://www.csc.noaa.gov/products/sccoasts/html/tutlid.htm

Has any thought been given to non reg users?

Most company's have a crack IT Dept. However at OTIE we have a IT department on crack. My company just upgraded to a T1 line...?! anyway, our current download speed in 12k....?! soooo I called the IT department to ask about the problem and one of the possible problems / solutions is that the "T1 line is not broken in yet" ...?! I quickly responded "oh I see, I will be sure not to drive it faster then 55"....
